Consultation

We begin with an initial meeting to understand your goals, budget, timeline, and vision for the project. This is our opportunity to assess the space, answer questions, and determine the best approach for your renovation.
Product Selections

During this phase, you’ll choose finishes, fixtures, materials, and products that bring your vision to life. Our team guides you through options to ensure selections fit your style, budget, and the functional needs of the space.
Renovation Phase

Once selections are finalized, construction begins. Our team manages scheduling, trades, and day-to-day progress while keeping you informed throughout the renovation. We prioritize quality craftsmanship, safety, and minimizing disruption to your home.
Completion

After construction is complete, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure all work meets our standards and your expectations. Any final touch-ups are addressed, and we provide close-out documentation so you can confidently enjoy your newly renovated space.

Our Story

Crafting Legacies Since the Early 2000s

Best friends and contracting partners, Lawrence Hudson and Mike Solis have a combined thirty-plus years of construction experience. They began working together in the early 2000s under the banner of Lawrence’s independent contracting company, Hudson Interiors, a general contracting company focused on interior renovation.

Lawrence became Senior Project Manager for Composite Fabrication+Construction, a subsidiary of Guerin Glass Architects, in 2010. Over the following decade with Composite, Mr. Hudson and Mr. Solis collaborated on luxury residential and commercial construction, renovation, and development projects in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the surrounding area.

The duo founded Gotham Luxury Group in 2021 to include small-scale projects and modestly budgeted renovations in their offerings whilst continuing to serve the luxury construction and development sector in New York City. As GLG, Mickey and Lawrence seek to offer their high level of detail, quality, and care to clients and partners on new projects of all sizes, budget, and scope.
